Upon receiving a formal request for a refund (for Enterprise users), we will close your account and prorate the remaining calendar days on your plan. This sum will then be refunded to the payment method used, though processing times may vary by bank or credit card.

Pollen is built to accommodate multiple users from the same organization. Each individual who signs up via Pollen Pass will be assigned to their company's account (if it already exists) or asked to set up a new company account (with the option of inviting other users). Pollen Pass is Pollen's proprietary membership system, which is integrated into Pollen's Liquidation Management System. Signing up via Pollen Pass allows brands to access the Liquidation Management System, Pollen SLOB Index, and our AI assistants.
Pollen Pass accounts are at both a company level and an individual level - with two separate IDs for each. The company ID will be the same for all individuals from the same organization, in order to allow for better team coordination. Access levels can be set by team admins within Pollen Pass.
